Salt LakePark City
Same-day mobile bike repair. We come to your driveway, your office, or the trailhead. Run by Seth Parsons, since spring 2020.
Driveway, garage, parking lot at work, a campsite, a trailhead. If a service truck can park there, we can work there.
If the bike was rideable yesterday, you should be back on it today. Special-order parts are the only thing that pushes a job past one visit.
Two decades wrenching, ongoing certifications, and a quiet preference for the boring details that decide whether a bike sings or grinds.

The world locked down. Everyone pulled their bike out of the garage. Wait times for a tune-up went from a few days to three weeks. We hated the thought of dropping our own bikes off and walking home, so we built the version we wanted -- the shop that comes to you, same day, most days.
Most of what brings a ride to a stop is something a real mechanic can fix in under an hour. A loose chain. Brake pads worn past the line. A hub that needs grease. Dropping the bike off for a week is the wrong shape of problem -- so we drive the shop to wherever the bike is.
Repair stand, full tool kit, torque wrenches, ultrasonic cleaner, suspension service tools, a stocked spare-parts wall. If a job needs a special-order part we order it and come back. Most of the time we do not have to.
Most of the difference between a bike that rolls and a bike that sings is small adjustments done patiently -- shift indexing, hub cones, a true set of wheels, brake-pad alignment. We are industry-certified and we keep going to school. The fancy bikes do not scare us. The neglected ones do not either.
The full service. Cleaning, drivetrain, brakes, shifting, wheels, bearings. Same day, most days.
Special-order parts may need a follow-up visit when they land.

A broken bike is not an emergency. It is just Tuesday. We will be there by Wednesday.

Once a season for a bike that gets ridden a few times a week. Once a year for a casual weekend rider. After every long muddy ride if you ride dirt seriously. The drivetrain is what asks for the most attention -- it is what you hear when something is off.
Safety inspection, drivetrain clean and lube, brake adjustment, shifting adjustment, wheels trued, hubs and bottom bracket inspected, tires set to your pressure, every fastener torqued to spec, and a real wash and polish. The price is the same whether your bike is in great shape or has been through it.
Wherever you are. Driveway, garage, parking lot at work, a trailhead, a campsite -- if a service truck can park there, we can work there. Most jobs are done in under an hour, so you are not stuck waiting on us all afternoon.

Most days, yes. Mornings tend to be the open slots. If we are slammed we will text you back with the next available window, which is usually the next morning. Special-order parts are the only thing that pushes a job past one visit.
