The world locked down. Everyone pulled their bike out of the garage. Wait times for a tune-up went from a few days to three weeks. We hated the thought of dropping our own bikes off and walking home, so we built the version we wanted -- the shop that comes to you, same day, most days.
Most of what brings a ride to a stop is something a real mechanic can fix in under an hour. A loose chain. Brake pads worn past the line. A hub that needs grease. Dropping the bike off for a week is the wrong shape of problem -- so we drive the shop to wherever the bike is.
Repair stand, full tool kit, torque wrenches, ultrasonic cleaner, suspension service tools, a stocked spare-parts wall. If a job needs a special-order part we order it and come back. Most of the time we do not have to.
Most of the difference between a bike that rolls and a bike that sings is small adjustments done patiently -- shift indexing, hub cones, a true set of wheels, brake-pad alignment. We are industry-certified and we keep going to school. The fancy bikes do not scare us. The neglected ones do not either.

A broken bike is not an emergency. It is just Tuesday. We will be there by Wednesday.
